Taking it to the next level

I've been using cold therapy (ice baths) for around two years now. My experience has been using the small round flimsy ice baths flashed all over social media. To be honest they worked. Though, they also broke down quickly. Seams leaked, insulation was non-existent so they did not remain cold very long, and overall they were cheap and cramped...which is why we needed to replace them and deal with warranty issues.

The Breathe Pod XL is sturdy, has plenty of space to stretch out, holds the cold temp longer, and is built to last. It is so much more enjoyable to stretch out. It allows me to focus on controlling my breathing and thoughts. I have no regrets about switching to this unit versus other options out there.
